Biography

Ye Xinhai, MD, Chief Physician, Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, Department of Eye, Ear and Nose Plastic Surgery, Eye & ENT Hospital of Fudan University; Member of the International Society of Craniofacial Surgery; Member of the Asia-Pacific Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He specializes in eye and nose aesthetic plastic surgery and facial repair and reconstruction. He graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine in 1994 and has worked successively in the Department of Plastic Surgery, Ninth People's Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine; the Plastic and Aesthetic Center, Eye Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University, Zhejiang; the Department of Ophthalmology, Shanghai General Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University; and the Department of Plastic Surgery, Shanghai Tenth People's Hospital, Tongji University. In 2006, he pursued further study at the International Craniofacial Plastic Surgery Center, University of Paris V, France, and in 2014 at the Department of Plastic Surgery, Vienna University Hospital. He has participated multiple times in major international academic conferences on plastic and aesthetic surgery held in the United States, France, Australia, Sweden, Japan, South Korea, and other countries. As a graduate supervisor, he has trained many outstanding graduate students and visiting scholars. He also served as the project leader for continuing education and completed six sessions of national-level continuing education courses in plastic surgery.
